How We Hire Writers

To determine whether an applicant can meet any deadline and handle any complexity level of assignments, he/she must pass a wide range of rigorous tests. These include a 4 hour online test developed to assess the applicant’s skills in English, based on The Oxford University Press. Next, the applicant’s level of proficiency in standard citation styles is determined. Once the potential speechwriter successfully completes the first two parts of the evaluation, he/she submits a sample writing to our Evaluation Department.

Upon the successful completion of all assessments, the applicant is extended an invitation to become a member of our DoMySpeech writers’ online family!

How We Educate Writers

DoMySpeech encourages every online writer to grow within the professional area. As a part of GRADEvalues, a special Mentorship Training Program has been developed to help writers improve their skills. The program covers all aspects of academic speech writing: research methods, the drafting of the speech, professional growth, and online relations with clients. This facilitates improvement of the writers’ level of proficiency.

How We Check Writers’ Performance

To make sure our writers strive towards GRADEvalues, Quality Control Department performs random checks of DoMySpeech service writers twice monthly. A professional editor examines a couple of pages completed by a writer during the previous 2 weeks. Then, the editor provides suggestions for that writer on how to improve skills, if needed.

How Writers are Assigned

Once a customer places a Free Inquiry, the systems begins a thorough search for the most appropriate speechmaker. The search is performed on the basis of specific parameters (writer’s rating, current work load, skills, ability to meet the designated timeline, etc.). This helps us to identify the most suitable writer for the order requirements.

Get Writer’s Samples

You can determine for yourself whether the selected writer meets your expectations. For an additional fee of $5, review 3 samples written by our writers, and choose the one you like best. It is you who decide on the writer assigning process – which writer to choose (an ENL or an ESL one) and all the other details.
